崗位職責

參與正極材料合成方案制定；
跟進中小試燒結進展；
負責分析測試合成樣品，并整理數據，匯報；
負責樣品分析測試SOP開發及改善；
負責樣品數據庫建立及整理。
Main Responsibilities
Involving in making synthesis plan with supervisor and other research teams.
Following up lab and piloting scale sintering activities.
Responsible for sample analysis, processing data and reporting
Responsible for sample analyzing SOP development and improvement
Building and managing database for cathode materials samples.
任職資格

化學，電化學，材料科學相關專業本科及以上，碩士優先；
熟悉常用材料表征手段：SEM，PSD，ICP，BET，XRD，滴定等；
熟悉常用電化學測試手段：紐扣電池測試，阻抗，全電池循環，儲存等測試；
有2+鋰電正極材料研究開發經歷優先；優秀應屆生亦可考慮。
良好口頭及書面溝通能力；
英語口頭及書面能力強優先。
Requirements
Master or above degree majored in chemistry, electrochemistry or materials science related;
Familiar with materials characterization methods: SEM, PSD, ICP, BET, XRD, Titration and so on.
Familiar with electrochemical **** methods: Coincell ****, Impedance ****, full cell cycling, storage and so on.
Research experience in cathode materials for lithium ion batteries for more than 2 years is a plus; Excellent graduate is also welcomed.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good English spoken and written skills preferred
