職責描述:
1.負責指定銷售區域片區的標準產品,模塊化產品,以及解決方案型項目銷售業務,并達成銷售經理授權的業績指標
2.分析負責區域的行業,客戶,以及應用,制定基于年度,季度,月度和工作周的銷售活動工作目標和計劃
3.綜合運用有效的營銷方法和技術開展目標市場及客戶的開發工作,豐富并優化全線產品的客戶基數
4.維護客戶與公司的長期伙伴關系,提升現有客戶的應用潛力和訂單潛力
5.積極參與并影響內部協作團隊的工作協調,為負責區域內的客戶和項目提供可靠保障與支持
6.關注區域內行業市場動向以及獲取競爭情報,向上級提供優化銷售流程,方法和制度改進的方案
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, in mechanical engineering, industrial or manufacturing engineering.
2. 3+ years of technical work experience in product, design or service. Another 3+ years of sales experience in industrial product, equipment or technical solutions.
3. Enjoy the challenge of selling industrial product and technical solution. Be keen on learning and mastering in-depth product knowledge and applications.
4. Be aggressive and effective to make full use of all available internal/external resources, to achieve result-based success.
5. Excellent time management skills and well organized/planned sales activities.
6. Strong presentation and communication skills both in Chinese and English.
7. Self-motivated, work independently with an extremely proactive approach.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for sales of standard products, components and total solutions, and manage to reach sales target delegated by sales manager.
2. Well organize sales target and planning with annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly basis.
3. Implement effective sales & marketing methods/techniques, to cultivate target market and potential customers, and to grow customer base for all product lines.
4. Maintain long term partnership with existing customers and demonstrate further potential of new applications and orders.
5. Coordinate and convince in-house functional teams, to offer the best available support and resources for successful project running.
6. Collect necessary intelligence from industrial market and competition. Make proposals to sales manager for a better work flow, methods and sales policies.
