主要職責

1. Work measurement (MTM tasks: measuring time management)

2. Workshop standard work and process design

3. Equipment maintanence, design and Adjustment of Fixtures.

設備的維護、設計和調整。

4. Establish the Production Processes, Measure its effectiveness and improve it.

5. Industrialize the Products.

產品工業化

6. Establish and execute the annual Calibration Plan.

制定和執行年度校準計劃

7. Identify problems in the Line, analyze, correct, stabilize it and standardize the improved methods, all of this in coordination

with other departments.

發現問題，分析、糾正、穩定和規范改進的方法，與其他部門相協調溝通

8. Implement Lean Tools in the Line (6S, STD Work, others.).

實施精益工具(6S，STD工作，其他)

9. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

職位要求

1、本科學歷，電氣工程，自動化，機械工程或相關領域專業；3年以上相關工作經驗；

2、良好的口語和書面英語表達能力；

3、Autocad、 SAP、辦公軟件的使用
