RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design reliable and easily manufactured electronic circuitry in accordance with design criteria and performance objectives.
2. Design reliable and structured Firmware in MCU.
3. Conduct functional and environmental tests for new designs or modified existing designs to evaluate circuit performance.
4. Responsible for cost effective design decisions.
5. May prepare proposals, personnel and cost estimates, and work schedules to meet completion dates and technical specifications.
6. Define optimum design criteria and operating characteristics of subassemblies and complete instruments.
7. Prepare documentation such as sourcing code, firmware structure, schematic diagrams, test procedures, theory of operation, and purchased part lists, instruction manuals and related information.
8. Maintain current knowledge regarding new developments and trends in applicable engineering field.
9. Finish other related duties on time as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
1. Bachelor or above degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years design experience on mixed signal circuit design.
3. Familiarity in with MCU, analog circuit and peripheral circuit design.
4. Proficiency in Cadence or Protel
5. Excellent team work spirit.
Desired:
1. Familiarity in Small signal (？V) processing/ amplification.
2. Proficiency in Cadence.
3. Experience embedded firmware design.
4. Equipment design experience under lean manufacturing environment.
5. Fluent communication in both Chinese and English.
6. Familiarity in PC software design.
