Responsibilities職責(zé):

1. Promote and sell the organization’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
在特定地區(qū)、產(chǎn)品線或客戶名單內(nèi)推廣和銷售公司的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)，實現(xiàn)或超越銷售目標(biāo)。
2. Secure and expand the business. Maintain and develop relationship with PSB/Institute/OEM and agencies, meanwhile develop new market opportunities.
確保并開拓負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的業(yè)務(wù)，維護(hù)并建立與各PSB/Institute/OEM等和分銷商間的銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)，并開發(fā)新的市場機(jī)會。
3. Organize or take part in seminars, presentations and sales negotiations for important or potential customers/partners.
組織及參與面向重要客戶或潛在合作伙伴的技術(shù)交流會，產(chǎn)品發(fā)布會以及銷售談判等。
4. Collect project information through various sales channels, and actively follow up to realize “create reference” and “success negotiation”.
通過各渠道搜集出口項目信息，積極跟進(jìn)，實現(xiàn)“產(chǎn)品指定”和“成功談判”。
5. Compiling regular reports, such as: forecasts, visit reports, market and customer information, competition analysis;
編制定期報告，如：預(yù)算，拜訪報告，市場和客戶信息、競爭分析。
6. Secure offer and order follow up by cooperation with OEM sales to ensure each project placing order.
與OEM銷售合作，確保報價以及訂單的跟進(jìn)工作，保證項目落到實處。
7. To secure offer preparations. (Commercial and technical accuracy) and follow up of offers.
確保報價準(zhǔn)備（商業(yè)和技術(shù)的精準(zhǔn)性）并跟蹤報價。
8. Checking outstanding payments and implementing necessary procedures.
檢查拖欠款項，履行必要的程序。


Requirements要求:

1. Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering, Automation or related;
本科以上電氣工程，電力自動化類專業(yè)；
2. At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in Multinational Corporation.
3年以上外企銷售及市場相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
3. Excellent spoken and written in English.
良好的英文口語及書面溝通能力；
4. Be familiar with computer skills, e.g. SAP, Excel, PPT;
熟練應(yīng)用包括SAP，Excel, PPT在內(nèi)的應(yīng)用軟件；
5. High Team work inspirits, positively and actively;
高度團(tuán)隊合作精神、積極、主動；
6. Self motivated
自我激勵并能獨立完成工作；
7. Good communication skill;
良好地溝通技巧。
