Responsibilities:
Responsible for producing technical deliverables necessary for tendering works and project execution according to schedule and budgets.
Works under the supervision of a Lead Engineer.
Ensures conformance to contract for all discipline engineering and material.
Prepare and deliver work packages (drawings, calculations, specifications, bills of materials, material requisitions,3D models etc.) to the Lead Discipline Engineer on schedule and within budget.
Select member sizes and analyse in accordance with national/international codes and standards.
Ensure all outputs are documented and archived according to applicable ISO Procedures and/or Work Instructions.
Optimize design according to project requirements and best economical-technical benefits.
Participate to the design review and design freeze.
Assemble document packages to support inquiry and purchase of engineering packages. Prepare commodity lists(utility valve list, piping BOM list). Provide technical clarification and evaluation for quotations.
Technical support to tendering, manufacture, acceptance **** and verification and component fabrication.
Support site erection, commissioning, and ****ing
Other tasks assigned by Lead Engineer or Discipline Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science required
Minimum four (4) years’ industrial experience in Oil
Proficient with PDMS, AutoCAD skills;
Ability to effectively listen and take instruction from Lead Arrangement & Piping Engineers and/or assigned mentor
Ability to learn to effectively communicate technical issues across disciplines, cultures, work locations, and hierarchical level. (written and verbal)
Demonstrates initiative, teamwork and commitment
Ability to learn company standard software and discipline specific technical software
Ability to work with others to produce high-quality, accurate and complete engineering documents (drawings and specifications)
Good English skills
